We act as shipping agents in the UAE Ports at Dubai,Sharjah, Ajman and Umm- AL-Quween.Our agency management takes over vessel’s requirements in time,provide quick action for vessel berth /un-berth,daily follow up and smooth operation.
We coverall services required for operation such as logistic,warehouses, marine services.We serve ship’s owners fairly in obtain reasonable prices and good quality of services for cargo operation and ship’s supplies and protect owners from misleading by third parties. We act fairly on behalf of Owners;ourteam manages tosecure realistic and reasonable prices of required servicesusing competition among third parties to achieve the best for the interest of the owners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle requirements of the ship / crew on lowest prices offers.
  2. Handle shipping requirement such as stevedoring / supply chain Logistic /warehouse using third parties offers and selection lowest Reasonable prices and recommend owners / charterers for the best.
  3. Coordinate and update all parties concerned, of latest movement or change of vessel position prior to, and during, vessel arrival/departure.
  4. Work with Principals, terminal operators, stevedores, port authorities, government officials and other parties to ensure safe and efficient practices and methods.
  5. Orientation and familiarization of principals to various characteristics of the port area, terminals, etc.
  6. Arrange all Port services necessary for vessel operation, exercising discretionary judgment to contract with local vendors as appropriate.
  7. Responsible for communications between owners/operators and/or charterers of vessel.
  8. Maintain communication with al authorities, local pilots, terminal operators, towboat companies, port authorities, stevedores, etc., in order to ensure a smooth and safe operation during a vessel call.
  9. Act as a liaison between the Ship Master/crew with parties mentioned above.

    Additional Duties:

  10. Closing of vessel files in conjunction with the Principal’s instructions and company quality guidelines. Setup vessel files and create appointment numbers prior to arrival and/or communication to ensure safe and smooth operation of voyage.
  11. Prepare or secure various forms and documents required by official authorities. Prepare or secure cargo documentation including but not limited to Statement of Facts, Notice of Readiness, Cargo manifest and Bills of Lading. Keep track of services ordered. Respond to routine communications.
  12. Coordinate crew changes as requested by our customers to include transportation arrangements, hotel reservations, flight bookings and immigration clearance.
